I feel for yah, before we moved and started the school we ate in now , I leterally had to serve the school papers to ensure they complied with children with disabilities act and evaluated him , they dragged thier feet of course and we ended up moving suddenly which was the biggest blessing in duisgise as now our current school is amazing and my difficult child just got excepted to Special Education and finally has that IEP!
