Proof IEP denial reply

Would anyone be able to proof a reply to the school's IEP denial? They sent a letter wanting to know why we disagreed with their findings. I believe we have enough proof documented they deliberately stopped documenting all manifestations of disability related behavior. I've also located a notebook from one of his classes that contradicts that he was doing well academically.

Call the Dept. of Public Education. Ask for the Special Needs Advocate. Then ask who your free parent advocate is in your area. Use that advocate. The school districts don't listen to parents, but advocates scare them.

I've contacted many places and have an appointment w an atty, later this month. I'm hoping someone might proofread our reply to the school. We don't want to wait for after the atty appointment because we have a 504 mtg a few days prior.

This is our reply as to why we disagree to the evaluation findings and help 'facilitate' the IEE process. Bs is what it is.
