I know what you mean, mof.

For me, many times it seems that the harder I try to push away the hurt, anger, grief, etc., the longer and stronger it stays. If I can just relax into and accept those feelings, most times they pass and I can gain a little more perspective in that moment.

It all sucks either way. But we know this too!

I would like for it to be lit of my mind for just awhile, but it lurks like a bad leftover.
