Oldest Difficult Child joined Planet Fitness this week. Only $20 a month and she has gone everyday since she joined. She has noticed that it is really helping her mood and energy level! She can take a friend for free, even the same person, over and over, she has a friend who goes with her, the friend can't use a couple things, but can use the work out equipment with her. I am hoping younger sis will go sometimes, since it is free.
