Tomorrow morning, I am getting up, eating some eggs and fruit, and then going to the gym and ride on the recumbent bicycle for five miles. I hope I will not hurt my knee again, but I do have an appointment with the ortho on Thursday to see can be done, short of a knee replacement. I'm not quite mentally prepared for that.

And Miss KT is getting ready to run track for her new college. :treadmill::sweating: She used to run in junior high, she was a pretty good sprinter, so she decided to see if she could still sprint.

Mary-Great job!! Keep up the good work! Does the gym have a lap pool where you could do some laps or water aerobics that won't be so hard on your knees?

The gym has a pool, and since I can't swim very well, I usually walk laps for about 30 minutes.

Today, I got back on the recumbent bicycle and rode for five miles. So far, no pain.
