You have been in my thoughts. I know it has to be so hard to detach like you are planning, but not being able to find answers that you need is a nightmare in itself. If you are still having trouble finding out what can and can't be done, let me know. I found a pretty knowledgeable parent at our FSO. She has helped me with a couple of issues now. I could send her name to you if you'd like or I could ask her things you want to know.
