    I am new and not sure how to post so I will try under comments.

    It will only take a few words. Maybe someone can advise. I have a 20 year old son who lives in his room, no friends, very thin, never held a job more than 2 weeks, and is angry with everyone. He doesn't believe in psychological help or medications although we tried when he was younger, and he fought against it then, too.
