Everybody has their own tastes and I have to admit I'm a meat and potatoes kinda girl! I like country recipes and one pot dinners and dinners that all go into the oven at the same time. Roast, squash, baked potatoes, etc. Anyway, give me feed back and make me feel less insecure! I think we'll be eating those buttertart ones for a month. It took me 4 trys (l lbs of butter!) to get that one right and they didn't rise quite as much as regular flour in the recipe. Oh well they are horribly fattening so only for a treat!
