That was incredible. Fabulous. Much,maybe all of it, applies to our difficult children in general ...not just those who are addicted.But clearly, powerful advice / truth / insight for families struggling with addiction.
Enabling:Loving someone to death.
Very powerful to hear her saying that if you are helping repeatedly that you are doing it to help “you” and not them.
Don’t cut yourself picking up their broken pieces.
Up to them to fix themselves (not you)
