Another idea floating in my brain.  If it is leg movement ? or arm movement ? AND if I recall correctly you have a big yard.......how 'bout buying a big "kiddie pool" where you can exercise at home???  I know the local gym has acquatic exercise groups that are totally low impact.  Would it be doable at home?  You wouldn't have to travel anywhere or have a schedule....sounds like it could be a Win Win.  DDD
