Hi, sorry you had to look for such a forum but know that this site is full of the most kindest people who share wisdom and insight from their own similar battles. It helps to come here. I too put my son out for the reasons you are saying about your son. He was 17 at the time and we were living in a war zone. It was making me ill and more importantly it was making my daughter ill and to begin with I never even noticed. We too walked on eggshells for fear of another night of hell. We warned him numerous times and eventually we did it. It was very painful but I do not regret it. He is 19 now, 20 in April and has moved numerous times due to losing his housing for not abiding by the rules. This tells me my decision was right. It’s still hard, it’s still painful but at least we get to come home to a safe, quiet home. You must do what you can bear in your own time but I could probably say now that things will not change unless you change them. Hugs to you, you are not alone!! Xx
