I really scooted forward when I saw how mich I was attending Al Anon yet not working the program. I hadn't even accepted my powerlessness in Step One! Do you see a therapist to focus on quitting this behavior that is addictive and being good to you?</p><p></p><p>God bless and be well. I gave you what I ferl is my best advice.
