Keep us posted! FWIW, my dad tried his best to avoid knee replacements for 10 years +. It got to the point that he did nothing but lay on the couch, and then he still hurt, before he decided to have something done. He was a bit older than you when it started, but not much. He waited til he was 60 to do the first one, and he was so thrilled with the outcome, he couldn't wait for winter to do the other one. When he passed away, he was like a kid again, running around. He had bought a JET SKI!!! And he and his little sandbox buddy took it to the lake ALL THE TIME. We all wished he'd done it sooner. Anyway, hopefully just food for thought. Just don't want you to live in pain if the are options. We luv you!!! Hugs.
