The days I found myself back in there, I managed to stop myself from doing any major damage as I was well aware of what I was doing. As always, I've been exercising daily. :treadmill: :smile: :treadmill: I haven't been on the scale. Honestly, I don't think I've lost any weight yet, but I feel better because I know I've been taking pretty good care of myself. </p><p></p><p>Starting today, I'm going to really, really try to keep myself out of the kitchen after dinner for all seven days!!!
