Doesn't matter much what you call it to me. I have personally met and corresponded with folks with no history of auto immune illness, who took the flu shot and got ITP. Several sued the manufacturer of the :censored2: and were compensated with little to no fanfare. I actually saw a room of such people. I am in a support group a n line and most have a history like myself. A nice handful are there after receiving the flu shot. They started bruising. All over. Went to the doctor. Got a CBC. Discovered their platelets were very low. Couldn't recuperate. Diagnosed with ITP. Don't care what you call it. I understand it is an unlikely result, effect, etc. whatever. If they never got the flu shot, no one thinks it would if happened to these folks. It doesn't matter the terminology. It is very real.PS I'm sitting in the oncologist office right now waiting for my blood test This is where I have to go for this. I get my medications from a specialty pharmacy. It is crazy. These folks who got this after the flu shot were freakin mad. They were ready for a fight, but the flu shot manufacturers tend to roll over quickly.
