Terry,My theory is psychopathy isn't mentioned by mental health personnel bc psychopathy isn't treatable...and, hence, billable. It is hard for them to make money off of something that insurance companies won't pay for. But that may just be my cynical, eye rolling experience with supposed mental professionals talking . :-/
