If not, then he either doesn't drive, or he takes the chance and drives without insurance. Same with the phone. When he leaves, I cancel the account (he paid for the phone). Good luck on getting anything other than a very expensive pre-paid plan with no credit history and no credit card.</p><p></p><p>No, he wouldn't leave with those things.
