From what I've seen, equivalent pressure plays a significant role, too. When one friend starts, others tend to follow. That's my case.  After I started smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes helped me reduce my nicotine intake till I got to a point where I was vaping with no nicotine, and then it was easier for me to stop vaping.</p></blockquote><p></p>
