Oh gosh, kris, I hope you find something you can keep down. Perhaps Ensure? Soup? Toast? Crackers? Hopefully something will agree with your system and stay put for a while.
Star gave some good advice. I lost 35 pounds in a few months because food just made me want to vomit. Why? Don't know. What I started doing is eating when I felt like it...not on the typical American schedule. I can easily go a day or two without eating, then I'm ravenous. And I EAT!! I also get stuck in what makes me hungry. (Taco Bell is a favorite!!)
Sometimes I'm happy with a small bowl of cereal. Meat, or anything close to it disgusts me. Big salad and bowl of soup...I'm in heaven.
Go with YOUR flow. Small amounts of what you want.
