GFGmom set this up so I'm behind the curve, Witz. He is 19 and the check supposedly came to him. Therefore I "think" that GFGmom set it up with-o anyone supervising the $$'s. I've only had 24 hours to climb on board so a few more days may tell the tale.

So far I have gotten his attention that nobody gets Government money to spend on fun. That, I think, put the brakes on him spending the $600 on ebay or at a pawn shop. We'll see. DDD
