Youngest gave birth to baby Ella Grace yesterday morning at 5:27 a.m. She was 5 lbs. 13 oz, bigger than anticipated, which was great news. Mom and baby are doing well, and should come home tomorrow. There were no issues with seizures during the labor process, which was quite a relief.
I'm really proud of Youngest and how she's handled herself lately, including through labor and delivery. I don't want to jinx anything and can't quite hope that things have permanently changed.. but they're certainly looking better than they have in a long time.
Oldest may be close to another downward spiral.. but I'm not going to think about that right now.
