While I hate when people have the book thrown at them I also hate when people get away with stuff. I guess the jail time makes it not a freebie but man what are we teaching our kids when they can do anything and get away with it.

Well, part of the conditions of release are that she have no contact with victims, witnesses or codefendants.

husband and I were trying to figure out if the theft from an elderly person, which was filed after she ran, was what she did to biogma. Who knows. If so, that would make biogma a victim. And... boyfriend is a codefendant. He's in prison till 2015, about a 3 hour drive, but phone calls and letters are contact... Hmm.
