IC, that was a joke. And actually here schooling is federally mandated until they are 16 but some states have made it until 17 or 18. There is also the No Child Left Behind Act. That is federal.

Yes much better, school situation is the same and theres another tour Tuesday ....uggh, I need to prepare my emotions this time. I don't drink but maybe I should start Tuesday?
