Nomad was reading it - maybe we can read it together! It gets into a lot of the neuroscience of happiness and stress relief, and ties it into the teachings of Buddhism. It's all about changing your brain to find inner calm and peace no matter what is happening around you, and gets into the neuroscience of why and how meditation (or prayer) work.</p><p></p><p>I wouldn't give up on that referral if his insurance will pay - saving $5K would be worth a bit of aggravation in getting it arranged, at least for my budget! </p><p></p><p>Deep breaths.
