If this diet ever made me feel sick at all I would stop it. I also almost never consume sugar and for me this has helped me keep a very healthy blood sugar. Most people around my age seem to have some form of diabetes. It does run in my family....grandma had it. I dont want it.</p><p></p><p>I am down 8 pounds in two weeks without trying too hard.
