Any chance it means something like a desire to take one's clothes off??

I actually thought that first! Then wondered if it was one of those clinic/therapist made protocols or an actual standardized or formal assessment form....
But my first thought was exactly that, does the person take clothes off or show their body inappropriately....and the person writing it made up the word. Hard to imagine someone would really use that unless it is a local term....LOL
