As a side note: there is a cultural difference . We are from a large metropolitan city. Always. They grew up in a tiny city. Then moved to anither tiny city and stayed there for decades. Now we are all in a mid-large sized city. They are set in their ways and don’t vary much at all from habits etc. Hubby and I are more open to things....travel, learning etc
