Hi Im new been reading post and know I can get alot of information from here. We have our IEP meeting this Thursday and I am dreading it. I told myself after last year I would never go to another. But I will put myself thru it for my son. Last year a teacher that I had 20 years ago told me my son was the most rudist obnoxious student he has ever had. My son is 16 reading at 3rd 4th grade levels and is very close to quitting. He is ADHD/Learning Disability (LD) lately he has been disrupting class and not doing his work. We tried Strattera but he had no appetite and slept all the time. We homeschooled his 7th grade year but he missed his friends it was the greatest stressfree year ever. Thanks for listening.

IEP meetings can be just one more stressor in a line of many. Don't let them get you down.
