I just joined the website and loved your story. Does anyone know of parent groups that meet (like AA and Al-Anon) where we can just discuss? I'm in Central NJ and can't find any such group. Since I am also a member of Al-Anon, maybe I will have to start a group!

My daughter was prostituting for drugs. It's heart breaking. All you can do is pray, and hope she finds her way. There is nothing f you can do, but leave it up to God!

still learning how to use this. I guess I should respond here. My daughter has been in the life since she was 14 and she is now 21. It is gut wrenching. I see a trauma therapist and that helps. focusing on self care helps

This is my first time ever posting. We have a 19 year old son who keeps making bad choices. He has 2 MIPs but continues to use.

I love my grandchildren but I'm single, no support group...and resent my grown kids for doing this. I want to disappear and forget it all!

I need advice! My grown children won't work and do drugs..losing their kids to cps, but want me to raise them when I work two jobs?
