Just stumbled across some YouTube videos after doing a search on Dealing with Adult Children with Mental Illness. The title of the video is Detach From False Guilt and the YouTube site is Change My Relationship. I plan to watch some of her other videos. I hope this helps others.

I watched that one and another called loving too much about enabling which was helpful. There is also one on forcing solutions which applies to alot of us here as well.

Thank you for sharing this youtube site. I went to check it out and watched the video on "Letting Go of Expectations." The videos are short (around 10 mins.) and great reminders of the principles and dynamics at work with difficult children and others. I plan to watch several more .
