On this Mother’s Day I want to honor all moms here that have a difficult child.

This is a day many mom’s here dread as it will evoke many emotions.
Pain and Anger from being ignored by our child.
Sadness for what we long for in having a loving, respectful relationship with our child.
Confusion as to how did we get here??
Grief for the sweet, loving child that is gone.

We are warrior mothers! We have gone to battle and been in the trenches. We bear the scars on our hearts that can only come from having a Difficult Child.

I honor all you wonderful women. I admire the strength and endurance that you demonstrate here.

I thank you all for sharing your stories, your advice, and just being there for one another.

I wish you all a day of peace.
