I told him it was exciting and congratulated him. I also reminded him that his SSI will depend upon both of their incomes instead of just his income. husband's mom believes that she is out to get her out of her home, and she probably is. I told him that it was wonderful that he and she will be able to get their own place now.

I'm fairly well detached at this point in time...
