Somehow I missed this post. So happy and I hope that things continue to go smoothly for your son and your family.

Well my son worked today and it was awful on many fronts so he was very up front with them. So he basically quit the job. Given that it was a job driving around and he felt he was a liability I think he handled it honorably and I am glad about that. But it means looking for a mother job! Sigh.
