kt is off to respite; husband & I are going to enjoy this weekend. An injury of this sort is traumatizing for a parent to see - all that bleeding. Ughhhhh!

Don't you find it amazing what you can handle as a parent that you wouldn't have otherwise?

Thanks for letting me get that out of my system - all in all today has been a better day.
