Now I am intrigued.... what is a naked foundation? It sounds interesting!

Well, those snuck in as I was typing. I guess a "naked foundation" would be a "controlling undergarment" (one of those slimming bra/girdle combo things) done in a color to match skin tone.

Either that or it would be the visible part of the foundation of a building without anything covering it to make it match the rest of the building. Otherwise? damfino.
