ANd if you are feeling anxious, nervous, depressed, or simply do not trust your own judgement or yourself- call someone you trust- a family member, a close friend- and have them sit with you, ask them if they cannot be WITH you, to be there for you to touch base with at specific predetermined intervals, but- optimally- haveing someone be WITH you is better. Be kind and gentle to yoruself....a bubble bath, a quiet cup of herb tea, a fav book or comedy on tv? Stay away from alcohol and or non Rx'ed drugs especially right now.
