I know hound I am very much feeling hoovered dry - and I know this is not a good thing. I need to step back and not be caught in all this drama he has going on - yet I worry that he will do something drastic if I fail to support him. I know, I am swinging between both fences - I see it - I just need to get a grip and my head clear.

OK, so I am confused about medicaid - what do you have to do to qualify for that? Here we have AZ health ins who refuses ANYONE who has an income, no lie. On my 800.00 a month unemployment I was refused. So is medicaid different, or is AZ health ins their version of medicaid?

Steely, I believe your state insurance is the same as medicaid. Here it is easy to get. Basically anyone without insurance can qualify. That may change with the state government needing to make budget cuts this year. Why not give your local MHMR dept a call and see if there is anything they can do to help. They are our "go to" for all info on programs for my difficult child.
