Two wooden handles, joined by a very strong spring (something like quarter-inch steel) - the size to fit in ONE hand.
Something like 6 inches high and 4 inches across...
It takes a LOT of power to squeeze it - but squeeze as hard as you will, you won't hurt it.
Its not meant to be thrown - but to be squeezed.
Because its not a "ball" its not as tempting to throw it.
But I can't tell you where to get one!
