i was not eating at first, then eating fast food last few weeks since difficult child ran away and then landed in juvie. Today I had NO energy at the gym (and wouldn'thave gone except the personal trainer was already booked)so I stopped at store on way home and got turkey and apricots and apples and oatmeal and eggs and am cooking a proper dinner and got breakfast/lunches pretty laid out for a few days. Got to follow the advice I've seen elsewhere to take care of myself so I'm strong for when he gets out of juvie (problem on the 10th). I'll have this week "off" with no kid so I'll get myself back on the mat to jiu-jitsu class also next week so I can start feeling like myself again!
