Putting out another offer of drinks/coffee/whatever to get you away and distracted from the stress... just another gentle reminder.. I'm a broken record, I know ;-) I'm worried about you, though. You take SO much on yourself, and I don't mean just concrete things... you are carrying a lot of guilt, blame, worry, etc. etc. and it's eating you alive. Let it go, even if just for a couple of hours. That's a start.
