I think we all do this - think about how sweet and wonderful they were. It has to be normal.
I agree with everyone else's posts. I just want to add that in Bible Study we learn that being a Christian does not mean you'll have an easy life. Ugh. I didn't want to hear that. LOL
I think most of us at Bible Study are there because something tragic must have happened in their (their) lives. I am not sure about that but I think what we are all going through makes us look for answers and become more spiritual. It did for me.
Many give up on God because we feel he let us down because we are just suffering too much. In fact, they talked about that at church on Easter Sunday. That we want him to do what WE want or what WE think he should do in our lives.
Bottom line is that our son now is doing so well and I'm just so happy and I do feel that He heard my prayers and tears all those years so don't give up hope.
