Thanks Sharon and I agree. We have started the process of getting my brother to rescind his co executorship. A letter was prepared by a law firm I retained on a Friday. If he declines to voluntarily rescind we will make application in the courts to have him removed.
I agree all will get their portion of the estate as my mother's will had indocated.
My brother is determined to find fault with family members and reduce their inheritance; will not listen to reason and he has created so much chaos and stress.
