Witz, can you go to the $5 public pool, and do the towel-and-housedress thing that LDM suggested? I completely understand not wanting to go anywhere near the cinderblock-and-no-doors Ladies' room, but $5 per use sounds like a pretty good deal especially compared to the country club and swim club options.

Another idea floating in my brain. If it is leg movement ? or arm movement ? AND if I recall correctly you have a big yard.......how 'bout buying a big "kiddie pool" where you can exercise at home??? I know the local gym has acquatic exercise groups that are totally low impact. Would it be doable at home? You wouldn't have to travel anywhere or have a schedule....sounds like it could be a Win Win. DDD

I didn't notice the Y was $10 a visit! I wouldn't pay that either. The year membership is cost prohibitive?
