Got the IEP and BIP we wanted!!!

Hi all,

Just a quick update:

Team meeting today, we got what we wanted!!!! :surprise:

His advocate was wonderful and I somehow found a spine! It is amazing what you can do when you think someone is hurting is your kiddo!

He qualifies under Emotional

We got an aide, all the interventions we wanted, there was very little resistance after all.

The behaviorist was our greatest ally, he offreed up a great BIP.

I feel so much better..Thank you to everyone here, you helped me out so much, with knowing my rights and the law.

I'm so glad to hear the meeting went well...I'm also pleased to hear that you have an great BIP. It can be so challenging to get a good BIP. What makes this plan effective? Please let me know so of the strategies they suggested so that perhaps it can help me with my little one-
