Lisa it wouldnt take me into their program. It simply gave me an error message saying that such and such didnt match and then it wouldnt proceed to where I could actually pay for the report.

Janet, even a screen dump of that window could be useful. From here on, document everything. i would see if you can get a lawyer to handle it, this could get worse with more outstanding tickets being 'found'. I'd be pushing the identity theft possibility with them. And if they have a rep already for such a SNAFU, this could make a mews team or current affairs team very interested, especially with the minority thing. And as you said, tourism can be hit with negative publicity...
