Your son is your drug. He is the sirens, to you. He knows how to lure you to the rocks. This you taught him. This is not to judge you harshly. It is to state the reality of things. This is the solution:

looking at reality, evaluating what is needed and taking responsibility. A higher self is achieved through sustained practice and decisions and rededication.

And this:

Unless you mean g-d. G-d is always there. And does not require finding, either. Just opening.

I’m just catching up here so much wisdom so much support so much news. I hope he still at the program and that again he works through these challenges for himself and get back on track. Oh what a wonderful horrific roller coaster we are all on strap in for another tour of addiction and rehab. Keep us posted I’m here with you we all are
